How can I edit the menu?

From restaurant details to a printable QR code: prepare your menu step by step and check your changes.

Open dashboard View the steps

  1. Complete your restaurant details

    Open Restaurant in the dashboard. Check the name, description, phone number and logo. Enter and save the information your guests will see.

  2. Create categories

    In Menu, add categories to group your products. For example, salads, main dishes and drinks. Keep category names short and clear.

  3. Add your products

    Choose Add item in the appropriate category. Enter the name, price, description and an optional image. Check the item's availability and save it.

  4. Check your menu languages

    Switch to each language enabled for your menu and review the category and item text. The dashboard language and guest menu language are separate settings; changing one does not create translations.

  5. Open the guest view

    Open View your QR code page in the dashboard. Check the menu on a phone: products, prices, images and the selected language should display correctly.

  6. Download and test your QR code

    In QR Builder, choose the general menu or a table and download the QR code. Before printing, scan it with a phone camera to check that it opens the correct page.
